Why Point of View?

How soon can I schedule?

You can typically schedule a session with us within 1-3 business days, depending on availability. We recommend reaching out as early as possible to secure your preferred date and time, especially during peak seasons. Feel free to contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule! 

How do I pay?

We can send you an invoice online, which can be paid by CC or ACH, by check/cash at the time of service, or by phone with a credit card when calling our office. We accept payment either beforehand or the day of service. We can also keep your credit card information securely on file and just submit the charge on the day of service. We generally do this at the end of each business day. Please call us if you have any questions.

How will I receive my images?

You will receive a delivery email within 24-hours after the end of the shoot. For example, if your shoot was scheduled for 11AM, add one hour for the shooting time & travel, this means your photos will be delivered by 12PM the next day. The email will contain the link to your personal secure portal. A password will be provided to you as well if it is the first time you work with us.

What format type do you provide?

We provide high-resolution images in JPEG format, optimized for both web/MLS and print use. If you require a different format or resolution, just let us know, and we’ll be happy to accommodate your specific needs!

How long are my photos stored on my Portal?

Unlike the others, we keep your photos and listings organized for up to a year in your portal!

Do you photography every part of the house?

No, usually we do not photograph closets, extra storage rooms and garages unless specifically requested.

What is the difference between Twilights and Virtual Twilights?

Twilight -- Twilight photography allows the home to glow from within, giving it that warm and inviting appeal. These appointments take place approximately one hour before sunset. The interiors are photographed first, and towards the end of the appointment, the exteriors are photographed. Because this is a specialized session and “after hours,” there is an additional charge for this appointment slot. Keep in mind that there are only a certain amount of slots available during the week, so we recommend you call a few days in advance to book a Twilight appointment.

Virtual Twilights - These photos are manually edited and transformed by hand to make it look like the phot was taken at sunset.

My shoot was yesterday and I still don't have my pictures! What is going on?

There could be several reasons for this: The images were delivered to your spam folder. Try and search your email for [email protected], as all of our deliveries come from that address. The email address we have on file is incorrect or out of date. Please confirm with us at time of booking. The invoice has not been cleared of the remaining balance.

How do I get ready for photos?

Don't worry! We have the perfect guide that you can download to help you be 100% photo ready! This guide can be used to share with your sellers or if you're the seller, it's made for you.

What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

Please let us know as soon as you can. We understanding things happen and will always try to work with you. If you need to cancel or reschedule within 48 hours, this should not be an issue. If you must cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours, a small fee of $50 will be charged.

Do I own the rights to my images?

All of our images are copyrighted (intellectual property of Point of View Media LLC), and we license our images to you for use, based on the package you purchase. We are committed to protecting the interests, intellectual property rights, and livelihood of our company and photographers.

The real estate agent or client is granted Temporary Usage Rights to use those images until the property is either sold, rented, or otherwise goes off the market. If you need to re-use images for more than a single one-time listing, you will need to purchase permanent usage rights.

Once it has been sold, you must purchase permanent usage rights to continue using for your marketing purposes.

The images you purchase are non-transferable and cannot be given away, bartered or sold. The client who pays for the images is the only one who has the rights to use the images. For example, a realtor pays for images but cannot give those images to the builder, designer, remodeler, stager, etc. of that property photographed.
